Mint brownie cake candy

1 box chocolate cake mix

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tea. mint extract

Mix and place in a greased

and floured 12x9 pan.

Bake 350 for 28-32 min.

let cool and then crush into a bowl, add 1 cup

of chocolate buttercream frosting.

Note: We Placed the cake and frosting

into a mixer and made them very combined, as in

the photo. Scoop into balls and place in

freezer for about 15 min. Next melt some chocolate and dip the frozen

cake and then place on paper to set.
Now melt some mint chocolate and drizzle
over the cake candy and they are done.
